Get in touch

Starting a rental business is easy. Growing one without drowning in admin is harder.

A late return comes in on WhatsApp, a damage report by mail. Someone has to link each message to the right rental and decide what happens next, and that someone is usually you.

AssetFloat does the linking and prepares the next step. You approve it.

Want to see if it fits your business?

Leave your company name and an email address or phone number. We'll get in touch.

We only use this to get back to you.

The founder becomes the operating system.

With a few assets, you keep it all in your head. As you grow, every asset brings its own customer, contract, maintenance and exceptions, and the information ends up spread over mail, WhatsApp, photos and spreadsheets. You either chase it yourself or hire someone to do it.

Every detail that slips through costs money: damage nobody charged for, or a replacement sent to a customer who still hasn't paid.

How it works

Messages arrive by e-mail, WhatsApp, phone and from your team on site. AssetFloat links them and prepares the next step. You approve. Invoicing, planning and collections follow.

Two examples

A customer sends a WhatsApp to say they'll bring the asset back late. AssetFloat links the message to the rental and proposes a new pick-up plan for the customer who was next in line.

An asset comes back damaged. AssetFloat finds the rental and the photos from the handover, prepares the damage claim and writes the repair instruction for your technician.

Nothing leaves your company until you've approved it, and it works next to the booking and accounting software you already use.

Built inside a rental company

AssetFloat started in a rental company we run ourselves, because we needed it. It handles real rentals there today. We're now talking with other rental companies to make it fit the way they work.

It's meant for any business that rents things out and gets them back: machines, vehicles, medical equipment, IT, storage. If the paragraphs above sound familiar, we'd like to hear from you.

What happens after you get in touch

We plan a short call about how you work today. If it looks like a fit, we run last year's finished rentals through AssetFloat and show you what slipped through.
